At the first meeting we'd like to find out what your business is all about and what you would like to achieve with your website. This is called a needs analysis. From there we can begin to map out your website needs in line with your budget.

At our first meeting we will take notes so that we can provide you with a requirements document that reflects your business's high level online needs. You will have the opportunity to assess this document before we move forward to the next stage.

You'd be surprised how many award winning web development companies fail to provide their clients with a specification. We understand that your investment in an online presence is valuable and we will work with you to carefully plan your website with a fully documented specification.

The specification document is the roadmap to your project and will cover; what is being built, how long it will take and how much it will cost. The specification may also contain proposed screen shots for your website. If the project is very substantial, Evolv may advise that a charge will be applicable to the specification document. This is because a lot of time and energy is put into the document and it contains valuable information that ANY developer could use to proceed with your project. This usually only applies to large portals however.

Once you are satisfied with the specification we will begin the building phase .

Designs will be prepared for you to sign off so that we can build your site templates. Our developers will begin to code your site and we will keep you up to date with the project by placing the work so far online for you to view ( provided your hosting has been finalised).

Your Project Manager will be your main point of contact for this phase of the project until your site is ready for testing and review.

During this phase we can work with you to create the metadata necessary for the Search Engines to find your website. We also have access to a consultant who may assist you with more in depth online marketing.

This is the exciting day that we all look forward to. The site will be launched late in the evening, the day before any deadlines. Evolv will prepare any testing documentation and will undertake most of the post deployment testing. Prior to launch we will also supply you with training, should your site contain any elements of content management.
